Ravi Kumar

Ravi Kumar has extensive work experience in various fields, with a focus on technology and product development. Ravi is currently working at CRMNEXT as the Senior Vice President and Product Head for DataNext Platform AI & Analytics. In this role, they are responsible for building a next-generation No Code Big Data Platform and leveraging Data Mesh and Service Mesh to handle heterogeneous data at scale. Ravi is also involved in building industry data models and AI capabilities for intelligent customer interactions.

Before joining CRMNEXT, Ravi worked as an Advisor and Consultant for a startup in stealth mode. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Data Science & Product Innovation at US Tech Solutions. In this role, they led R&D, innovation, and technology platform development, focusing on workforce management tools, AI strategies, and predictive analytics.

Ravi also has experience as a Co-Founder and CTO of rupeego, a fintech company focused on digital lending. Ravi was responsible for product management and technology platform development, overseeing the entire process from translating business requirements to platform implementation.

In addition, Ravi has a background in leading product management and technology development at Samsung R&D Institute India and Samsung India Software Centre. Ravi has managed large teams and contributed to the development of intelligent Samsung products, new project proposals, and technology roadmaps.

Prior to their work at Samsung, Ravi held positions as a Lead Engineer at Samsung India Software Centre, a Software Engineer at ST Microelectronics Private Ltd, an Embedded Software Engineer at nVidia Graphics Pvt Ltd, and a Project Engineer at Wipro Technologies.

Ravi Kumar obtained their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra from 2000 to 2004. Ravi then pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi starting in 2016. Before attending college, Ravi Kumar completed their 10+2 education at Delhi Public School, Dhanbad.

In addition to their formal education, Ravi Kumar has obtained various certifications. In 2018, they completed the "Python for Data Science and Machine Learning Bootcamp" from Udemy, and the "Global Manager Leadership Course" from Samsung Electronics. In 2018, they also completed the "Sequence Models" course from Coursera. In 2017, Ravi Kumar completed several courses including "Convolutional Neural Networks," "Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization," "Neural Networks and Deep Learning," and "Structuring Machine Learning Projects" from Coursera. Furthermore, in 2015, they obtained a certification as a "Certified SW Architect" from Samsung Electronics.
