Sheila Rust has extensive experience in client care and insurance services, currently serving as a Client Care Specialist at both ARC Benefit Solutions and Cornerstone Broker Insurance Services Agency, Inc. since December 2018. Prior to these roles, Sheila held the position of Broker Liaison at Anthem from March 1988 to October 2018, where significant expertise in broker relations and client support was developed.
