Steve Meyer

Steve Meyer has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Steve started their career as an Information Technology Analyst at the University of Cincinnati in 2003 and worked there until 2004. Steve then joined Sogeti as a Senior Consultant, specializing in .Net development for Cincinnati Bell's consumer-facing websites and customer payment portals. In 2010, Steve joined Eric Mower + Associates as a Digital Development Supervisor, where they oversaw the digital development team and managed workflow, new technology adoption, and new business potential. Steve also played a key role in architecting and developing enterprise websites and introducing source control and responsive design development processes.

Currently, Steve is working at Cro Metrics since 2017. Steve initially joined as a Senior Growth Product Manager, where they led world-class conversion rate optimization programs for clients such as Calendly, Ring, Bombas, and more. In this role, they utilized skills in client management, strategic planning, ideation, data analysis, and project management. Later on, Steve took up the position of Director of Growth Strategy at Cro Metrics. In this role, they acted as an account leader and mentor, helping companies and colleagues implement best-in-class experimentation programs. Steve also played a pivotal role in product management and innovation for Iris, Cro Metric's platform for managing site optimization, analytics, paid and lifecycle marketing.

Steve Meyer obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Engineering and a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Information Technology from the University of Cincinnati. Steve attended the university from 1997 to 2002. In addition to their degrees, Steve also holds several certifications in Optimizely X, including Optimizely X Technical Foundations Certification, Optimizely X Strategy Foundations, Optimizely X Full Stack Foundations Certification, and Optimizely X Web Foundations Certification. These certifications were obtained between December 2017 and April 2018.
