Wayne Mulhall has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. From 1985 to 2023, Wayne held various positions in different companies. Wayne started their career at Rolls-Royce as a Field Service Engineer and eventually became the Head of Service Support. Following that, they joined Siemens Energy as the Director of Field Operations and later became the Head of Field Operations. In 2013, Wayne founded their own company, WMJM Ltd, where they served as a Director until 2016.
In 2014, Wayne joined MHI Vestas Offshore Wind as the Regional Director for the UK, Japan, and Taiwan, a role they held until 2021. During their time at MHI Vestas, they also served as a Senior Director. Subsequently, Wayne joined EDS HV Group and James Fisher Renewables as Managing Director, serving in both roles until 2023.
