Amber Wang

Amber Wang has extensive experience in human resources, particularly within the Asia-Pacific region. At VF Corporation, Amber served as Director, HRBP for APAC, focusing on brands like Dickies and managing product supply for apparel, equipment, and accessories. Amber held multiple leadership roles at VF China, including Director of HR People Services and Senior Director of HRBP, where responsibilities spanned various brands such as Vans, The North Face, and digital strategy initiatives. Prior to VF Corporation, Amber worked at Siemens Healthineers as China HR Manager and at Siemens as an HR Consultant. Currently, Amber is the Head of Human Resources for Crocs, Inc. in China and Korea.
