Amy Lauber

Amy Lauber is a seasoned Senior Human Resources Manager with extensive experience in leading HR initiatives across various industries. Currently at Crocs, since January 2022, Amy focuses on enhancing the collaborative experience for retail employees. Previously, at Colorado Permanente Medical Group from March 2017 to January 2022, Amy implemented critical processes to support physicians during the COVID-19 crisis and designed an HR structure that optimized costs and improved business outcomes. Earlier experience at Starbucks from July 2006 to March 2017 involved managing HR functions for over 10,000 employees and pioneering the company's first HR service center. Amy's career began as a Disability Program Navigator at the Office of Economic Development from November 2004 to July 2006, where the program was integrated into Denver's Workforce System. Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
