Andrew Rees

Andrew Rees is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience in the retail and consulting industries. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Crocs, Andrew has previously held prominent positions including President, Managing Director at L.E.K. Consulting, and Vice President of Strategy at Reebok International. Additional roles include President at Wellspace and Director of Stores at Laura Ashley PLC. Academically, Andrew Rees earned a First Class Honours BSC in Chemistry from Imperial College London, graduating in 1988.
