Caitlin's managerial skills were further honed at Crocs, Inc., serving as Senior Manager in Sourcing FP&A since April 2025. Prior experience includes an internship at Save Our Youth in 2015 and a role as Camp Counselor at Greenwood Athletic and Tennis Club from March 2011 to August 2015.
