Duo (Jeff) Z. is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience in digital transformation, e-commerce, and merchandising. They have held significant positions at major companies, including Decathlon Internacional and Nike, where they drove growth and operational excellence. Currently, Duo serves as Vice President of Digital APAC and Singapore Country GM at Crocs, following a role as Vice President and GM of E-Commerce at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Their entrepreneurial spirit is demonstrated through multiple start-up experiences within large organizations.
