Erik Olson

Erik Olson is a seasoned professional in product development and sourcing, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Product Development and Sourcing at Crocs since July 2018. Erik's career at Crocs has seen a progressive climb through various leadership roles, including Director and Vice President positions in product development, design, and commercialization. Prior to Crocs, Erik held the position of Global Program Manager at Flextronics for nearly a decade, showcasing a deep commitment to the field. Erik holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA from the University of Colorado Denver.
