Jacob Small

Jacob Small is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Manager of IT Support Services at Crocs, Inc. since March 2020, following a progression through roles such as Supervisor of IT Service Desk, Senior IT User Support Representative, and IT User Support Services Representative. Previously, Jacob held the position of Lead IT Specialist at SCL Health and worked as a Helpdesk Specialist at CSU College of Health and Human Sciences.
