Joe Fleury

Joe Fleury currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Crocs, Inc., overseeing the Americas Distribution Center since July 2023. Prior to this role, Joe held the position of U.S. Director of Human Resources at The Guitar Center Company from May 2022 to June 2023 and served as Senior Manager of Human Resources at dormakaba Americas from August 2021 to April 2022. Joe's extensive experience in human resources includes a tenure at adidas, where Joe progressed from Manager of Human Resources in Global Functions to Sr. Manager of Operations for Facility DC & Manufacturing from 2008 to August 2021. Earlier career roles include Manager of Distribution at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc., Material Management at United Airlines, and military service in the United States Air Force from 1992 to 1998. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and is pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resource Management at Indiana Wesleyan University, expected in 2026.
