Kristin Flock

Kristin Flock currently serves as the Senior Director and Head of Executive Recruiting at Crocs, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Kristin was a Principal in the Consumer Practice at True Search from December 2022 to October 2023, and Head of Executive Recruiting at Victoria's Secret from May 2021 to November 2022. At Victoria's Secret, a leading specialty retailer, Kristin focused on executive recruitment and was instrumental in overseeing talent acquisition at Bath & Body Works from January 2019 to May 2021. Earlier experiences include serving as a Senior Executive Recruiter at Cardinal Health, an Executive Recruiter and Global Leadership Director at L Brands, and roles at Heidrick & Struggles, Witt/Kieffer, and Crist|Kolder Associates. Kristin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained in 2008.
