Max Mandel currently serves as the Director of Global Brand Digital Media at Crocs, where leadership has enabled the successful launch of Crocs into the Metaverse. Previously, Max held the position of Brand Culture Development Director at Finish Line, focusing on social media and talent acquisition strategies, which resulted in increased engagement across platforms. Other roles include Head of Story Telling for JD Sports Fashion plc, overseeing marketing initiatives for the Jordan brand, and various positions at Finish Line that involved digital brand management and partnerships. Earlier experience includes notable roles at Nike, including Global Digital Brand Manager, along with internships at the America East Conference, the Portland Trail Blazers, and Fox Sports West. Max holds a Bachelor of Education in Sports Management from Gonzaga University.
