Molly Proctor

Molly Proctor serves as Vice President of IT Corporate Services at Crocs since June 2023. Prior to this role, Molly held the position of Vice President of Application Engineering Corporate Systems at Lumen Technologies from August 2019 to June 2023, where responsibilities included collaborating with stakeholders to enhance corporate systems and improve customer and employee experiences. Molly’s extensive career at Level 3 Communications spanned from 2000 to July 2019, advancing through several key positions including Business Process and Innovation Senior Director, IT Senior Director, IT Director, IT Senior Manager, and IT Program Manager, focusing on customer experience improvements and managing large-scale IT operations. Earlier experience includes roles as Reporting and Data Analytics Manager at Epidemic.com and Process Consultant at Accenture. Molly Proctor earned a BS in Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering from Southern Methodist University between 1993 and 1996.
