Nick Dalton

Nick Dalton is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in global treasury operations, currently serving as the Director of Global Treasury at Crocs, Inc. since August 2022. Dalton oversees treasury functions across North America, the Netherlands, and Singapore, achieving milestones such as a 2024 EuroFinance award for Strategic Change and significant interest expense savings through successful debt repricing. Prior to Crocs, Dalton held various treasury roles at JBS USA, including Treasury Director, where responsibilities included cash management, investor presentations for $7.4 billion in bond offerings, and participation in a leadership development program. Dalton started at JBS in 2012 as a Treasury Analyst, acquiring comprehensive treasury skills and executing cash flow hedging strategies. Dalton holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder.
