Randi Chadwick has extensive experience in retail operations, currently serving as the Senior Director of Retail Operations APEC at Crocs, Inc. since September 2024. Prior to this role, Randi was the Head of Retail Operations for SEA & AU at Fendi from January 2022 to August 2024, and served as the Director of Retail Operations at Tapestry from January 2020 to January 2022. Randi's career at Coach spanned from March 2015 to January 2020, during which time Randi held multiple roles including Retail Director, Director of Retail, Director of Retail Operations, and Senior Area Manager for Korea in the CI division. Randi holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and has pursued graduate studies in Asian Studies/Civilization at the same institution.
