Scott Lucas has extensive experience in leadership roles within the sports and retail industries. As Managing Director of Spalding Sports Limited from September 2005 to June 2009, Scott oversaw the subsidiary responsibilities for Top-Flite, contributing to a respected brand in premium golf and basketball equipment. Prior to this, from April 1998 to September 2005, Scott served as General Manager for Western Europe at TaylorMade-adidas Golf, managing a team of 43 with full P&L responsibility. Scott's career began as a Sports Sales Representative at adidas UK Limited, followed by a role as General Manager Golf Western Europe at Adidas Group, where similar responsibilities were held. Since June 2009, Scott has held the position of UK & Ireland Managing Director at crocs EU, overseeing wholesale, retail, and e-commerce divisions. Education was completed at Copleston High School from 1972 to 1977.
