Stephanie Sterling

Stephanie Sterling is a global HR leader currently serving as the Interim VP of HR at Crocs, Inc., where they support the APAC Regional Leadership Team. With extensive experience across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA, Sterling previously held roles such as Director of Human Resources at Glo Skin Beauty and International HR Benefits Lead at Orica, where they optimized total reward offerings and transformed HR functions. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Miami University and are pursuing further studies in Spanish literature, history, and culture at the University of Virginia.
