Xun Li

Xun Li has extensive experience in supply chain management, with a career spanning multiple roles in various organizations. Beginning as a Consultant/Technical Specialist at TNO Business Unit Mobility & Logistics, Xun developed expertise in supply chain resilience, security, and risk management. Subsequent positions included Supply Chain SME and SAP Lead at Crocs, where responsibilities involved leading supply chain integration projects and SAP ERP implementations across global operations. Currently serving as Global Supply Chain Development Manager at Crocs, Xun has played a key role in various supply chain development initiatives over the last decade. Other notable positions include Logistics Project Specialist at Centocor and Business Logistics Planner at 3M. Xun holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from Rotterdam School of Management, as well as several executive education certifications from the University of California, Berkeley, including programs focused on digital transformation and artificial intelligence.
