Michael Pham

Test Engineer at Crocus Technology

Michael Pham has worked in the semiconductor industry since 1989. Michael began their career at Sierra Semiconductor as a Test Engineer. Michael then moved to Oak Technology where they developed test programs for high performance GUI/Video acceleration and provided sustaining activity on existing products. In 1996, they joined VLSI Technology as a Test Methodology Development Staff Engineer and developed the company's first multi-site test program template. In 1999, they moved to Applied Micro Circuits where they interfaced with Design and Applications Engineers to define test methodologies and test development requirements. In 2003, they joined ARM as a Test Chip Characterization Staff Engineer and developed test programs to verify, debug, and characterize the performance and specifications of the test chip. In 2009, they became a Test Engineer Consultant at Microsoft Corporation and performed correlation and released test programs into production at local and offshore locations. Michael has been with Crocus Technology since 2010, where they have developed test programs and test hardware for MRAM devices, performed silicon debug and verification, and developed characterization programs for both wafer sort and package.

Michael Pham attended the University of California, Davis and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
