Phil Ruxton is currently a member of the Board of Trustees for the Croda Foundation and serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer at Croda. They began their career as a Graduate Trainee at Croda in 1994, eventually holding several key positions, including Vice President of Sustainability. Phil earned a BSc Hons in Chemistry from the University of Southampton from 1991 to 1994 and attended Colchester Royal Grammar School from 1984 to 1991.
