Aia M.

Aia M. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Global Business Director at Croda since February 2022, where leadership of the global adjuvants business and the customer marketing teams across multiple regions is a key focus. Prior to this role, Aia M. held various positions at Croda, including Marketing Director and Global Marketing Manager, overseeing strategic marketing and customer engagement initiatives. Aia M. also contributed to Lucideon from 2014 to February 2022 in several roles, including Board Member on the Group Business Development Board and Commercial Manager, driving business growth and partnership strategies. Additional involvement in STEM advocacy includes serving as Lead Host & Presenter for the Women's Matrix and as a STEM Ambassador. Aia M. holds degrees from The University of Manchester, Duke University, the University of Staffordshire, and completed the Croda Advanced Leadership Program at Hult Ashridge Executive Education.
