Amber Bird

Amber Bird has over 20 years of experience in data management and customer service, currently serving as a Data Management and Business Process Specialist at Croda since February 2011. Amber has held various roles at Croda, including Customer Service Team Leader for Personal Care, Lead Customer Service Administrator, and Customer Care Administrator. Prior to joining Croda, Amber worked at PRIMUS TECHNOLOGIES as a Configuration Associate from September 2003 to February 2011. Amber holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Technology Management and an Associate's degree in Office Information Systems, both from Pennsylvania College of Technology, completed between 1999 and 2008.
