Andrew Chapman

Andrew Chapman is a seasoned professional in engineering and project management, currently serving as the Global Projects Director at Croda since January 2021. Prior to this, Andrew held the position of Global Head of Engineering at Clariant from September 2015 to May 2020, leading a global team responsible for managing major capital projects across various regions. Andrew's career at Syngenta spanned from 1993 to 2015, with roles including Regional Head of Engineering, where accountability for major projects and maintenance across the APAC region was emphasized, and China Supply Manager, overseeing manufacturing and supply chain operations in China. Andrew started as a Project Manager for the establishment of a manufacturing facility in Nantong, China, and later served as Global Product Supply Chain Manager at Syngenta's headquarters in Basel. Andrew holds a Master of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Leeds.
