Chris Laughlin

Chris Laughlin is an experienced professional in the field of global rewards and people operations, currently serving as the Global Reward Director at Croda since July 2024. Previous positions include Head of People at CMR Surgical and Reward & People Operations Director at Just Group plc. From 2021 to 2022, Chris held the role of Vice President, Global Total Rewards & People Operations at LGC and served on the Advisory Board for the Reward & Employee Benefits Association (REBA).
