Fernando Oliveira

Fernando Oliveira's work experience includes various roles in project management and engineering. Fernando started their career as an Analyst at Aços Villares, where they worked on production processes and analyzed specifications. Fernando then moved to Sanofi as an Engineering Projects Intern, where they gained experience in project management and engineering tasks. Fernando later joined Nexa Resources as a Project Engineer, responsible for managing infrastructure projects and utilizing the FEL methodology. Fernando then took on the role of Coordinator of PMO at CSN, where they implemented the PMO area and managed the portfolio of expansion projects. At Nexa Resources, Fernando worked as a Project Coordinator, overseeing infrastructure projects and managing a team of collaborators. Fernando then joined EMS as a Project Manager, responsible for managing the company's R&D project portfolio. Fernando's most recent role is at Croda, where they serve as a Lead Engineer and PMO Coordinator, implementing project management practices and creating indicators and reports for the executive team.

Fernando Oliveira completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management at Universidade Veiga de Almeida from 2013 to 2015. Fernando also pursued a Postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering at Faculdades Integradas de Jacarepaguá from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Automation from Centro Universitário Braz Cubas from 2002 to 2007.
