Fiona Tham

Fiona Tham is an experienced Applications Team Leader and Lead Applications Scientist at Croda, with a career spanning over a decade in the specialty chemicals industry. Prior roles include R&D Chemist positions at Archroma, where responsibilities included obtaining HS permit licenses and preparing for audits, and Clariant, where Fiona played a key role in building a new Application and Development laboratory in Singapore, formulating products, and training staff. Fiona's academic background includes a Master's Degree in Industrial Chemistry from both the Technical University of Munich and the National University of Singapore, as well as a Specialist Diploma in Cosmetic Science from Singapore Polytechnic and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
