Jeff Labrozzi

Jeff LaBrozzi currently serves as Site Director at Croda, overseeing two manufacturing plants for the Consumer Care Business Line with approximately 250 employees and a budget totaling $160 million. Prior to Croda, LaBrozzi held the position of Vice President Operations Americas at Evonik, managing six manufacturing sites across North and South America, with a workforce of around 400 employees and an operating budget of 110 million euros. Earlier experience includes roles as Production Manager and Interim Plant Manager at FMC Corporation Biopolymer Division, where responsibilities included production and logistics at an OSHA PSM covered site, and Engineering and Maintenance Manager at Conagra Snack Foods, focusing on safety culture and CMMS to SAP conversion. LaBrozzi holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
