Kritika Bajaj, Ph.D., is a Lead Research Scientist at Croda, where employment began in June 2022. Prior to this role, Kritika served as a Research Scientist at the same company. From August 2017 to May 2022, Kritika worked at the University of Louisville as a Graduate Research Assistant, Graduate Teaching Assistant, and held the titles of Dorothy Gibson Fellow and University Fellow. Kritika completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry at the University of Louisville from 2017 to 2022 and earned a Master of Science in Chemistry from the same institution from 2017 to 2019.
