Leanne Heads

Leanne Heads has extensive work experience in product safety and regulatory affairs. Leanne has been working at Croda since 2008, starting as a Product Assurance Coordinator and progressing to roles such as Product Safety Advisor, Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs Manager, and Global Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs Manager. In their current role as Head of Regional Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs, they are responsible for leading regulatory management and compliance for an internal business unit on a global scale, as well as overseeing the coaching and development of direct reports. Prior to joining Croda, Leanne held temporary positions at Ravenstone Deli as a Delicatessen Counter Assistant and at Sanofi as a Formulation Technician, where they prepared formulations for toxicology studies.

Leanne Heads completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Pharmacology from Newcastle University, which they attended from 2003 to 2006. Leanne then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Applied Toxicology at the University of Surrey from 2014 to 2019. In addition, Leanne obtained a Diploma in Managing People from the University of Derby, attending from 2015 to 2017.
