Lucy Jones

Lucy Jones is an experienced ESG Reporting Specialist at Croda since September 2021, with a background in research and development within various graduate rotation roles. At Croda, Lucy developed analytical protocols to assess plant responses to abiotic stress, contributed to enhancing sustainability reporting using SpheraCloud, and optimized analytical testing methods at the Rawcliffe Bridge site. Prior to Croda, Lucy completed an industrial placement at Johnson Matthey, focusing on catalyst research, and served as a Chemistry Student Panellist at Oxford University Press. Lucy also held the position of Events Manager at Durham University Women in STEM, promoting gender balance in STEM fields, and completed an internship at Illumina, focusing on analytical chemistry. Lucy graduated with an MChem in Industrial Chemistry from Durham University in 2021.
