Marcia Werner has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Marcia is currently working as the Global Research and Technology Director at Incotec since January 2021. Prior to this, Marcia worked at Croda from 2010, where they held various roles such as Latam Research & Technology Director - Crop Care and Seed Enhancement, Research & Technology Manager - Lifesciences Latam, Research & Technology Manager - Crop Care and Health Care, Applications Manager, Lead Application Scientist, and Technical Assistance Executive. Before joining Croda, Marcia worked at Rhodia from 2001, where they served as a Technical Assistance - AGRO Market and R&D/Development & Application Specialist, among other roles.
Marcia Werner has a diverse education history. Marcia earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Phytosanitaries from the Instituto Agronômico de Campinas in 2012-2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Specialist degree in Agronomy from the Universidade Federal de Viçosa in 2007-2008. In 2002-2005, Marcia graduated from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas with a degree in Biology. Lastly, in 1999-2000, they completed a Technical Course in Chemistry at ETECAP.
