Phil Ruxton

Phil Ruxton currently serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Croda Foundation and has held multiple leadership roles at Croda since August 1994, including Chief Sustainability Officer, Vice President of Sustainability, and Managing Director. Phil Ruxton has extensive experience in sales and marketing, having served as Sales and Marketing Director and held various VP positions. Phil Ruxton's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Chemistry from the University of Southampton, achieved between 1991 and 1994, and prior education at Colchester Royal Grammar School from 1984 to 1991.
