Rob Sayer

Rob Sayer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of chemistry and process development, currently serving as Process Development Technical Manager at Croda since June 2008. Throughout tenure at Croda, Rob has held various leadership roles, including New Product Manager (Operations) and Research and Technology Manager for both the Long Term Innovation Group and the Personal Care division, focusing on project management and synthesis in personal care technologies. Prior to Croda, Rob was the Research Leader at DataLase, Inc., overseeing project management and regulatory compliance, and served as a Research Associate at Pilkington, specializing in coatings for glass. Academic credentials include a BSc and PhD in Chemistry from the University of York, along with a Master of Research degree from the University of Reading, and postdoctoral research at the University of Birmingham.
