Roberta Grassi is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in Latin America. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Croda since March 2009, Roberta has previously held the position of Human Resources Manager in the same region for both Croda and Hapag Lloyd. Additional experience includes a role as Human Resources Manager at Logimasters Dachser from January 2008 to March 2009. Roberta is further enhancing expertise through ongoing education at London Business School and Hult Ashridge Executive Education.
