Ryan McDonald has over a decade of experience in the field of applications science, currently serving as Applications Team Leader at Croda since July 2012, following roles as Lead Application Scientist, Application Scientist, and Trainee Application Scientist. In addition, Ryan McDonald holds the position of Trailblazer Chair at the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education since October 2024, contributing to Level 6 Scientist and Level 7 Research Scientist initiatives, as well as serving as Deputy Chair for Level 3 Laboratory Technician and Level 5 Technician Scientist programs. Ryan McDonald earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Hull, completing the degree in July 2017.
