Samuel Caetano

Samuel Caetano has extensive experience in IT management and support, currently serving as IT Manager at Croda since October 2009, where responsibilities include overseeing IT services and projects across Latin America, managing budgets, and leading third-party IT teams. Previously, Samuel worked as an IT Analyst at Honeywell Information Systems, responsible for managing IT services at various sites in Brazil, and as an IT Analyst Support at Stefanini IT Solutions, where a significant improvement in internal client satisfaction was achieved. Samuel began a career at ZF Lenksysteme GmbH as an IT Analyst Support, contributing to project management and partner development. Samuel holds a Master of Business with an MBA in People Development from INPG, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Santo Amaro.
