Sonal Joshi

Sonal Joshi is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the APAC HR Business Partner for Consumer Care and the Head of HR for India at Croda, a position held since June 2009. Previous roles at Croda include Country Human Resources Manager and Regional L&D Specialist for the APAC region, where Sonal focused on aligning training and development initiatives with talent needs across diverse markets. Responsibilities encompassed managing HR generalists, overseeing talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement, as well as leading long-term wage negotiations. In addition to current responsibilities at Croda, Sonal is a Committee Member of the CII (Western Region) Sub-Committee on HR & IR and has a strong academic background with an MBA in Human Resources Management from K J Somaiya Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
