Sreejit Menon

Sreejit Menon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of chemistry and research and development, currently serving as the Head of Life Sciences R&D for North America at Croda since July 2017. Prior roles at Croda included Research & Technology Manager and Applications Team Leader in Health Care. Sreejit began their career at ESCO LLC as a Process Development Chemist, where they focused on improving quality and reducing costs in specialty chemical manufacturing. Sreejit also completed a PhD in Chemistry at the University of Toledo, where research centered on the synthesis of new calix[4]arene materials for rare earth metal separation. Additional experience includes an internship at PeroxyChem and a position as Research Associate at BASF, which contributed to successful agrochemical product launches. Education credentials include an Advanced Leadership Program from Hult International Business School and a Master's Degree in Organic Chemistry from the Institute of Chemical Technology.
