Stephen Whittingham

Stephen Whittingham is currently the Site Director at Croda Europe, where they oversee operations and drive transformational changes. Previously, they served as a Director of Manufacturing Compliance & Strategy at Pfizer, focusing on improving manufacturing compliance and culture. With a background as Director of Operations at AstraZeneca, Stephen led a team across multiple countries and was instrumental in the development of several blockbuster medications. They also held roles at CPI as Grand Challenge Director, introducing next-generation manufacturing technologies, and have extensive experience in various technical and project management positions. Stephen holds a First Class Honours degree in Applied Chemistry from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
