Timothy Abbott has extensive experience in operations and manufacturing management at Croda, where responsibilities have included overseeing efficient production, coordinating manufacturing processes, and leading capital project design and planning. Since May 2005, Timothy Abbott has held various roles, culminating in the position of Operations Manager, focusing on safety and high-quality product manufacturing for personal care, health care, and home care applications. Prior roles include Manufacturing Manager, Lead Engineer, and Process Development, demonstrating a strong background in collaboration across multiple departments to enhance production efficiency and process improvements. Timothy Abbott holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Delaware.
