Vicki Quail has extensive experience across various roles in customer service, sales development, and inventory management. Currently serving as a Sales Development Specialist at Croda since July 2020, Vicki has also held positions as a Process Analyst and Customer Service Representative within the same company. Previous experience includes roles as a Buyer and Inventory Control Specialist at Solar Compounds Corporation from March 2012 to July 2020, and as an Office Manager/HR Representative at Clean Earth from August 2007 to August 2012. Vicki's career began at American Chemicals Inc. as a Purchasing/Inventory Control Manager and has included roles in customer service and management across multiple companies. Vicki obtained a Professional Diploma in Customer Experience from The CX Academy in late 2022 and has an educational background in business from New Jersey City University.
