Dylan Pepler

Dylan Pepler has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Dylan started their career at Liberty Communications as an Office Manager from June 2006 to July 2013. Dylan then moved to Solar Communications as an Account Manager from July 2013 to June 2014. Dylan then joined Blackstar Solutions Ltd, where they held multiple roles. Dylan started as an Operations Manager, responsible for day-to-day activities and marketing opportunities from June 2014 to January 2017. Later, they became the Head of Marketing from January 2017 to September 2023. In 2016, Dylan founded their own company called Battle of the Paddle. Most recently, they have joined Croft as the Head of Marketing since September 2023.

Dylan Pepler attended the University of the West of England from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Enterprise with a focus on Small Business Motivation.
