Jodie Smith is a Managing Consultant and Senior Commercial Manager at Croftstone Management Limited, specializing in pre and post contract commercial services across various sectors including rail infrastructure, residential, commercial, and retail. With over 12 years of experience, Jodie has worked on projects ranging from small-scale renovations to large construction schemes, holding roles at Lendlease and Quantem Consulting LLP as well. Jodie earned a First Class BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from Kingston University and has received multiple accolades, including being a finalist for the "Women in Construction Awards" in June 2021 and winning "Best in class" at Kingston University.
