Martina E.

Martina E. began their work experience in 2013 as a Projektmanager Labor at GLOCK, Inc. Martina then joined CROMA-PHARMA in 2013 as a QA Manager Document Control. In 2016, they became the Validation Manager/Deputy Corporate Director Validation. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Project Manager. Currently, Martina E. holds the position of Global Director Project and Projectportfolio Management at CROMA-PHARMA, which they started in September 2019.

Martina E. began their education at IMC Krems University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Medizinische und pharmazeutische Biotechnologie from 2007 to 2010. Martina then continued their studies at the same institution to earn a Master of Science (MSc) in Medizinische und Pharmazeutische Biotechnologie from 2010 to 2012.

In addition to their academic achievements, Martina E. has obtained several certifications. In September 2018, they completed the "Projektmanagement - Aufbau" course offered by WIFI Management Forum. In the same year, they also acquired the "Projektmanagement - Basiswissen kompakt" certification from the same institution.

Furthermore, Martina E. obtained the certification as a "Validierungsbeauftragter in der pharmazeutischen Industrie" from CONCEPT HEIDELBERG GmbH in September 2016. Martina expanded their skills in project management by completing the "AGILES Projektmanagement" course at WIFI Österreich in June 2020 and the "Projektportfoliomanagement & Multiprojektcontrolling" course at next level consulting in December 2020.

More recently, Martina E. has focused on leadership and project management. In September 2022, they achieved the certification for "Leadership in Projekten" from next level consulting. Martina also completed the "PMA Focus 2022" course offered by pma - Projekt Management Austria in October 2022.
