Gaurav Kumar

Gaurav Kumar is an experienced retail professional currently serving as a Department Manager at Croma since June 2022, where the focus is on electronic goods and personal grooming products. Previously, Gaurav held various positions at Reliance Retail, starting as a Store Manager for Smart Point, then advancing to Department Manager, where responsibilities included launching a new store in Kanpur and managing operations in a Smart Hyper store in Punjab. Prior to this, Gaurav completed an internship at The Park Hotels in the front office. Gaurav's educational background includes an ongoing MBA in Retail Management at Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering & Nutrition in Shimla, and a Diploma in Food & Beverage Service from the Institute of Hotel Management Delhi. Gaurav also has completed secondary education at the Central Board of Secondary Education.
