Hasitha Ramini

Hasitha Ramini serves as a Digital Category Manager at Croma since September 2023. Previously, Ramini held the position of Program Manager at Tata Digital from June 2022 to August 2023 and worked at ExxonMobil from July 2018 to April 2021 as a Supply Chain Modeling Advisor and EMEA L&D Planning Analyst. Earlier experience includes a Field Engineer internship at Schlumberger in June 2017 and data analytics internship at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, where Ramini developed a regression model for analyzing the pricing strategy in the airline industry. An MBA was obtained from the Indian School of Business from June 2021 to May 2022, following a Bachelor’s degree from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, completed in 2018.
