Sandhya Pillai

Sandhya Pillai is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources roles. Currently serving as a Cluster HRBP at Croma since August 2022, Sandhya previously held the position of Corporate Sr. Executive- HRBP at NKB TECHNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED from July 2019 to August 2022. Earlier experience includes working as a Talent Search Executive and Trainer at Pharma Focus Placements from September 2017 to December 2018 and as an HR Trainee at Intelenet Global Services for a brief period in 2017.
