Cromerix, founded in 2021, is an innovation-focused biotechnology company developing the next generation of microbial tests. We are set to revolutionise microbial testing across hospital, industry and community settings by bringing the capabilities of gold-standard microbiological culture to the point of care in an affordable, easy-to-use format with hundredfold faster turnaround time. By informing microbial load and antimicrobial susceptibility rapidly at the point of care, our test quantitatively determines both “the bug and the drug”. This will help guide timely and precise antimicrobial therapy and limit antimicrobial resistance - a silent pandemic.
